My name is Davis Hermes, and I have never been afraid to dream. I was raised in the mountains in Vail, Colorado, where I first stepped on a slackline. From my first time slacking, the only words that can describe the experience are pure happiness. Pursuing this feeling of bliss is what draws me back day after day, and this is my why. I dream of growing the sport of slacklining and increasing the number of people involved in the sport. My pursuit of slacklining has transformed me into the person I am and has given me my closest friends. I dream of sharing this experience with others and inspiring dreamers whose passions fall off the beaten path. I want them to know they can live any life they imagine.
